Grazie ai nostri dipartimenti di progetto e sviluppo, siamo in grado di adattare i modelli – all’interno della categoria standard selezionata – ai vostri requisiti specifici in tempi relativamente ridotti. Inoltre, offriamo isolatori completamente su misura; queste soluzioni personalizzate sono disponibili su richiesta.

Containment Isolators

  • Isolator for personnel (operator) protection.
  • Used for work with toxic substances (antibiotics, hormones, cytostatics, API and HAPI).
  • Possible integration of other devices as reactors, vacuum dryers, containment valves, etc.
  • Work in a vacuum atmosphere in contrast to the ambient surroundings.
  • Double HEPA filter in the exhaust from the isolator.
  • Turbulent air flow in the “C” purity class (ISO 7).
  • For work with up to OEB 5 materials.

  • Used for work with materials.
  • Possible integration of RTP ports, incubators, sterilizers, etc.
  • Over-pressure atmosphere in contrast to the ambient surroundings.
  • HEPA H 14 filtration in the inlet into the isolator.
  • Laminar air flow of 0.45 m/s ± 20%.
  • “A” purity class inside the working chambers (ISO 4.8).
